David has headed his own business for several years in property repairs and refurbishment.  David has a wealth of hands on experience and has a comprehensive understanding of the building trade.  Working across central Scotland David has delivered on a number of large scale projects as well as thousands of small to medium sized jobs for a variety of clients.

"Having worked within the property sector and the building trade from a relatively young age I have experienced a huge variety of projects. Over this time of-course, it has become very apparent to me exactly what is required and expected from someone looking to instruct services such as our own. Without doubt this is ever changing as is the property sector and relative legislation, so it is an exciting workplace!"

David's role within Scotia includes being first point of contact when engaging with a client to discuss suggested works. David will liaise with our clients and suggest the best solutions before thoroughly planning the project from start to finish. As the contracts manager he will be 'on site' for the majority of on-going works.

Neil comes from an agency background and brings a wealth of experience in the property sector after working in a number of property firms.  Prior to forming Scotia Property Services Neil was operations manager of a large international property & investment agency and also ran his own company specialising in bringing residential properties to compliance with new government legislation.

"Having experience of working within the property sector I learnt the hard way about many of the common issues which occur when using contractors.   I felt that that there wasn't a service available which truly gave the consistency and reliability that the market demands, it became my mission to create a service that provides exactly that."

Neil is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Scotia Property Services and  for driving the business towards our goals of ever increasing customer service and expansion of services.
